Greetings,
We have experienced a shift in our growth mindset here at WTMS, and it is reflected in our current Vision. Scholarship, Character and Perseverance-Everyday. These are the areas that we are going to provide instruction because these are the 3 most important traits that our students need to be successful in the future. We will provide the appropriate challenging curriculum to ensure they are exposed to the current academic material. We will teach classes on Character and present opportunities for them to model the skills they attain. And most importantly, we will teach, preach and practice Perseverance. They have to know that when things become challenging, REBELS never quit.
After their time here at WTMS ends , our students will know the material, carry themselves in a manner that demands respect and attack life's challenges without the desire to make excuses or quit.
Scholarship, Character and Perseverance. This is what we believe, and this is what our students will leave us possessing. That, and a lot of Rebel Pride.
